Erik Scheme

Dr. Erik Scheme is a professional engineer and research associate at the University of New Brunswick. He has over ten years of research and development experience in the private and public sectors, with an emphasis on biological signals, biometrics, and human machine interfaces. His role as the New Brunswick Innovation Research Chair is to work with medical device and technology companies, to drive innovation and build competitive advantage. Dr. Scheme is cross-appointed between the Institute of Biomedical Engineering, the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, and the J Herbert Smith Centre for Technology Management and Entrepreneurship.
